VSCode工作区配置

个人用的比较舒服的VSCode工作区配置 ，记录下在换其他平台也能随手复制使用。

现在VSCode已经支持配置文件和插件同步的功能了，以防万一我还是备份一下，避免重新配置浪费时间。
